The basic purpose of this course is to empower every individual with knowledge about healthy living. This should make him wise enough to take care of his own health. We have chosen the best among the eastern wisdom and western science to make it complete. The basic philosophy is based upon the age old wisdom of Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is the most ancient and advanced system of medicine, which was originated in India. The roots of Ayurveda can be traced thousands of year back. Unfortunately the system which is looked upon as the best available Therapeutic system for last thousands of years, is somehow been sidelined due to various reasons. Ayurveda have the approach of prevention is better than cure, which is requirement of today.
